Has begun! Look to see your Team Phoenix ladies widdling their mid sections down to reveal steel cut abs and frightening core skillz by the start of the new year! Our new T-shirt design will be uh-mazing. You'll want one.
Also, as a small reward for myself I'm going to be setting aside some money to FINALLY get the large tattoo on my stomach finished. With the fat gone and muscle securely underneath, I am banking on the experience being much easier to deal with than the last time...towel stuffed in my mouth and large tears streaking down my face. Not fun.
...totally excited.

Just remember how amazing the body is...the pain stops as soon as the needle does. The body can't remember pain. Just push through...and ask for breaks when you need it. Can't wait to see your finished piece!
I totally want in on the shirt, too!
